COLUMBUS, Ohio-Ryan Cook, MBA, LSSBB, SFO, has been appointed as the new Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Columbus City Schools by the Board of Education. With over 20 years of experience in school finance, Cook will oversee fiscal operations starting August 1, 2024, under a three-year contract. Previously serving as CFO at Tiffin City Schools, where he managed a $65 million budget, Cook is recognized for his strategic planning and commitment to educational sustainability.
