A man has been arrested after Fairfield students aboard a school bus witnessed a man touching himself, according to the Fairfield Township Police Department. Brandon Kuhlenberg, 43, of Middletown, is charged with misdemeanor public indecency, police announced Wednesday. The crime that police said led to Kuhlenberg’s arrest happened the day before.
