STEUBENVILLE, Ohio-Several juveniles in Steubenville engaged in an incident where they threw rocks onto the roadway at passing vehicles from a train overpass on Lincoln Avenue on Tuesday evening.
Police responded to the scene following reports of the activity around 6 p.m. The juveniles were taken into custody and transported to the Steubenville Police Station, where officers contacted their guardians. The juveniles are facing charges of criminal mischief, and the case will be forwarded to the juvenile prosecutor.
