HARDIN, Ohio-Craig Ludwig, School Age Supervisor and Intervention Specialist at Simon Kenton School, provided updates on the school’s activities during a recent Kenton Rotary Club meeting. Students enjoyed field trips to places like Althauser Farms pumpkin patch, the Columbus Zoo, and Hillcrest Lanes for bowling.
The school benefits from community partnerships with entities like the Kenton Fire Department, Kenton School’s FFA program, and the OSU Extension Office, as well as teachers for Adaptive Physical Education and Adaptive Speech programs. Additionally, students participate in initiatives such as a recycling program, Paint the Plow through ODOT, and sending care packages to military members.
