Mahoning County Children Services have been experiencing phone issues over the last few days according to a notice from the organization. The organization, located at 222 West Federal Street on the fourth floor, shared a suggestion for anyone needing to contact the organization while lines are down. The notice suggests that if there is a need to report suspected child abuse or neglect, but are unable to contact the agency, to call local law enforcement. The after-hours phone service has been restored.
