MANSFIELD, Ohio-Deborah Fraley, a Speech and Language Pathologist serving Galion City School District and St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Galion, received the Outstanding Educator Award from the State Support Team 7. Fraley expressed surprise and excitement, noting her first year working with school-age children.
Galion Primary School Principal Katy Erlsten nominated Fraley, recognizing her contribution to a student’s significant progress in reading and speech. Fraley credits her team members for the student’s success and feels honored to be recognized. Shelly Patrick, Assistant Director of Student Services, praised Fraley’s exemplary service, highlighting her dedication to serving the whole child. Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, where Fraley works, provides specialized academic and support services to multiple school districts and thousands of students in Crawford, Morrow, and Richland Counties.
