PARMA, Ohio-Parents in a Parma neighborhood are on alert after two teenage girls were approached by a man offering them money. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. near Heresford Drive and State Park Boulevard.
The girls, who quickly ran away, described the man as African American with dreadlocks. Concerned residents emphasize the need for vigilance, advising children not to accept offers from strangers. Parma Police, while increasing patrols in the area, are yet to find a suspect matching the description provided by the girls.
