Ohio leaders gathered Thursday to discuss childcare reform following recent allegations of fraud at day care centers in Minnesota. State Rep. Josh Williams and Attorney General Dave Yost introduced the Childcare Fraud Prevention Act, legislation they say is aimed at protecting taxpayer dollars.
