COLUMBUS, Ohio-Joshua Brock, a 32-year-old registered sex offender from Columbus, was arrested on September 18 for allegedly engaging in sexual acts in view of children passing by his home. He faces charges of public indecency and pandering obscenity involving a minor. During police questioning, Brock reportedly admitted to the behavior and claimed to be a “collector” of child sexual abuse material, which investigators found on his cell phone and hard drives at home. He is set to appear in Franklin County court on Friday.
