CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio-A 14-year-old boy was sentenced in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court for the fatal shooting of 15-year-old Narayia Thomas in Cleveland Heights on January 1. The judge ordered him to serve a minimum of six months in youth custody, with a maximum sentence until he turns 21. Thomas, who was shot in the head, died at the scene. The suspect turned himself in to police the following day and was convicted of reckless homicide on October 3. The motive for the shooting has not been disclosed.
