TPD arrested a Toledo man for alleged sex crimes he committed with a child on multiple instances. TPD officers arrested Ethan Woodruff Friday on two counts of gross sexual imposition. Court documents allege the 25-year-old grabbed the child on the genitals multiple times. The victim is said to be 11-years-old. Woodruff will be arraigned Monday morning.
