CINCINNATI, Ohio-Kameron Mercer, the top-ranked boys basketball player in the 2028 class, has enrolled at Huntington Prep in West Virginia and signed with the EZ Sports Group. The 15-year-old, who is 6-foot-5, previously played for Winton Woods Middle School and briefly for Winton Woods High School. Mercer, highly regarded in the basketball community with scholarship offers from UC, Xavier, Ohio State, and Missouri, has over 40,000 Instagram followers and existing NIL deals with Drop-In Gaming, Firefly Recovery Device, and Ethika. Despite Ohio and West Virginia high school regulations against NIL, top prep schools are not bound by these rules.
