In 2017, Edith Espinal was facing deportation.
The mother of three was undocumented but did not want to leave her family and return to Mexico.
She sought sanctuary at Columbus Mennonite Church in Clintonville, which protected her from being arrested and deported.
Espinal stayed until 2021 when President Joe Biden took office. She now has a visa.
