A 2-year-old boy was taken to Akron Children’s Hospital in Boardman on July 4 after being found at the bottom of a swimming pool, and wasn’t breathing, Two township police officers were sent on a medical call on Green Bay Drive Friday afternoon. When the police arrived, they found the boy’s father in the front yard holding the child. The father told police his son was breathing.
