A teen charged with murder over a gun sale gone wrong was back in juvenile court Monday. The 14-year-old is accused of shooting and killing 15-year-old Jaymir Hill on Burns Avenue in Wyoming nearly two weeks ago. The prosecution will seek to have the teen charged as an adult, which his attorney intends to fight.
