According to a police report from Boardman Police Department, four teenagers have been booked on felony breaking and entering charges. The incident allegedly occured on July 23 when a homeowner arrived back to her property, located on Mathews Road in Boardman, around 8:30 a.m. to see four teenagers allegedly run from a barn on the property.
