April 3rd, 2024-MONROE TOWNSHIP, Ohio-In Monroe Township, Ohio, a man allegedly shot and killed three children and wounded a woman at a home on Thursday afternoon. Police responded to the scene shortly before 4:30 p.m. and found three boys, ages 3, 4, and 7, with gunshot wounds outside the home. Despite life-saving measures, the children died at the scene. A 34-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the hand was also found outside and transported to the hospital.
Chad Doerman, believed to be the father of the children, was taken into custody and charged with three counts of aggravated murder. Two 911 calls reported the incident, with one mentioning a girl running down the street saying her father was killing people. The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office has not yet responded to requests for confirmation and additional details.
