Severe Storms Possible Tuesday, Wednesday Around Columbus, NWS says

COLUMBUS, Ohio-Get ready for a stormy week in Columbus and Central Ohio! After a quiet April, severe storms are expected to return. The National Weather Service warns of severe weather Tuesday through Wednesday, with Columbus at an “enhanced risk.” Rain will persist throughout the week, starting with showers and thunderstorms on Monday night.

Tuesday brings more rain and possible thunderstorms, continuing into Tuesday night. Wednesday offers a brief respite with a slight chance of showers before more rain and storms return Wednesday night. Showers are likely to persist through Thursday before tapering off into the weekend, with scattered showers possible on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
