CHILLICOTHE, Ohio-Bishop Flaget sent 19 students to the District 12 Science Fair at Ohio University, making up nearly 20% of all participants. All students received Excellent or Superior ratings and garnered various awards, including the Naval & Air Force Awards, Taking the Pulse of the Planet Award, AEP Award, and others.
Special awards were given in Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, and interdisciplinary fields. Some students received scholarships and invitations to STEM camps and technology fairs. Ten students received superiors at the District 12 Science Fair, with six earning superior ratings at the Virtual State Science Day.
