Cleveland Police are seeking help to find 12-year-old Travonte Howard, who is missing and endangered. He was last seen near West 25th Street and Woodbridge Avenue, and has had no contact with his family. Travonte is 5′3″ tall, weighs around 120 pounds, and was last seen wearing a red and black hoodie and blue jeans. Those who contribute to his delinquency could face criminal charges.
