13 BHS Students Earn National Advanced Placement Honors

BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio-Bellefontaine High School has achieved notable success with 13 students receiving national recognition for their performance on Advanced Placement (AP) Exams. The College Board’s AP Program offers college-level courses in high school, with exams scored on a scale of 1 to 5. Colleges often grant credit or advanced placement for scores of 3 or higher.

The recognitions are:

– AP Scholar with Distinction: Oliver Moreland and Mason Stanley, for averaging at least a 3.5 on all AP exams and scoring 3 or higher on five or more exams.
– AP Scholar with Honor: Julia Easton and Nolan Core, for averaging at least a 3.25 and scoring 3 or higher on four or more exams.
-AP Scholars: Emma Crabtree, John Fulmer, Isabella Hall, Ella Kuba, Zane Tevis, Lauren Valdez, Tiffany Boop, Claire Grandstaff, and Graham Lotts, for scoring 3 or higher on at least three AP exams.
