CLEVELAND, Ohio-A 14-year-old boy, who has been arrested multiple times in the past, is suspected of committing numerous crimes in Cleveland, including a recent aggravated robbery on Halloween. The boy was arrested on November 11 after being found in a stolen car following a police pursuit. The car was abandoned, and the teen was found with two other boys, aged 13 and 17, in a nearby home. The police recovered two firearms at the scene. The 14-year-old is believed to be involved in multiple crimes, such as grand theft auto, car break-ins, and aggravated robberies. Despite previous arrests for similar offenses, the teen continues to commit crimes, and charges are expected to follow. Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb expressed frustration with the situation.
