COLERIAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio-A 15-year-old boy was arrested and charged after allegedly attempting to start a fight with a Northwest High School student while brandishing a gun, leading to a lockdown at the school on October 30. The confrontation occurred during school dismissal when two individuals approached a student off-campus. They fled after the altercation, and a weapon was later found in a nearby neighborhood. The boy, who is not a student at Northwest High, was arrested on November 1 and faces charges of aggravated menacing, receiving stolen property, carrying a concealed weapon, and illegal possession of a deadly weapon. He was taken to the Hamilton County Juvenile Court Youth Center. Police are continuing to investigate the second suspect.
