A 15-year-old boy is dead and three others are injured after a shooting during what Cleveland police described as an unpermitted block party late Friday night on the city’s east side. According to Cleveland police, officers responded to multiple reports of gunfire and a person shot in the 16400 block of Highview Drive around 11:53 p.m. on Friday, July 18.
