CLEVELAND, Ohio-Cleveland police are investigating the shooting of a 15-year-old boy that occurred on Sunday night in the St. Clair – Superior neighborhood. The teen was found with a gunshot wound to the head and was taken to Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in serious condition. He was shot while inside a stolen Kia, which was later found with its passenger side window shot out. There are no suspects or known motives at this time. The shooting occurred just before midnight, and shortly afterward, there was another incident involving gunfire nearby. Police have not linked these events. Local residents and officials are expressing concern about violence and the need for better mental health services for teens.
