A 17-year-old has been arrested for murder after a Cincinnati man was shot and killed in broad daylight.
It happened on Feb. 6 around 111 a.m. on West McMicken in Over the Rhine,
Cincinnati police officers responded to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
Officers attempted life-saving measures but the man pronounced dead.
He has been identified as 50-year-old Allen Scott. His loved ones say he was on his way home when he was shot and killed.
