The grand jury has indicted a 17-year-old boy accused of leading Dayton police on a chase with a stolen vehicle and hitting an officer in the foot. Khaiere Williams was charged with two counts of felonious assault of a police officer and one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
