8th and 9th Graders visit Apollo to Learn More About the Career Center

SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP, Ohio-Approximately 1,200 local 8th and 9th grade students recently visited Apollo Career Center to explore its various programs firsthand. This initiative allowed students from 11 school districts to engage in hands-on activities in fields like healthcare and robotics, aiming to give them a practical understanding of the career center’s offerings.

Jamie Buell, Apollo’s School Counselor and Admissions Coordinator, emphasized the importance of these experiences in helping students make informed decisions about their future career paths. The visit is part of a broader effort to guide students towards their educational and career goals early on.
