The initiative will cover tuition, room, and board costs for eligible students residing or attending high school in Delaware County with a minimum 3.5 GPA and a family income under $100,000.
Beneficiaries must live on campus to fully engage in OWU’s holistic educational environment. Interested students can apply by submitting their high school transcripts and completing the FAFSA.
