ASHLAND, Ohio-The Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center will pay slightly more interest than anticipated to finance a $43 million project. Bonds sold recently carried a 3.14% interest rate, slightly above the expected 3.09%. The project includes remodeling the school building and acquiring and renovating the adjacent Ashland County Service Center for adult education and administrative offices.
