The Amish mother charged with drowning her son was booked Monday into the Tuscarawas County Jail. Ruth Miller, 40, has been hospitalized since Aug. 24, when the bodies of her husband and son were discovered at the bottom of Atwood Lake. They were identified as Marcus Miller, 45, and Vincen Miller, 4.
