CRESTVIEW, Ohio-The Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center Board of Education empowered Treasurer Julie Smith to finalize paperwork for creating a capital projects fund. This fund will store surplus funds like property tax revenue from the Rover Pipeline or year-end budget surplus for future capital projects. Smith explained the procedure at the April 21 meeting to update members who missed the March session.
