Ashland City Schools administration extended its contract with the local chapter of the Ohio Association of Public School Employees by one year, as announced in a district news release on Monday. The contract, originally scheduled to end in December 2023, has been prolonged until December 2024. The updated agreement includes salary increases and improvements to the longevity pay system, noted Kim Chance, president of the local chapter.
