Attorney calls Ursuline coach suspension ‘not enough,’ as more alleged affected childrenspeak out

The attorney leading a federal civil rights lawsuit against Ursuline High School said the school’s decision to suspend head football coach Dan Reardon and place two assistant coaches on leave is not enough, and he expects more legal action in the coming days. Cleveland Attorney Subodh Chandra, who represents a student and his family alleging hazing and sexual abuse during a June football team trip, called Ursuline’s response “an incomplete and overdue assignment.”
