MIDDLEFIELD, Ohio-Michael Miller, a 22-year-old Middlefield man, has been indicted for alleged sex crimes against four children, with charges including three counts of rape and six counts of gross sexual imposition.
His attorney has entered a plea of “not guilty by reason of insanity.” Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Andrew Logan set bond at $250,000 for Miller, who was arrested last Friday. The alleged victims are reported to range in age from three to seven years old. A competency hearing for Miller has been scheduled for June 11.
