An attorney from Grandview Heights was sentenced Monday to eight years in prison for receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material. Stephen Chinn, 41, pleaded guilty last August to federal charges of receiving and possessing child sex abuse images. He was sentenced in federal court on Monday to 96 months in prison, according to Acting U.S. Attorney Kelly Norris’ office.
