Beachwood City Schools will use a portion of the settlement it is receiving from its lawsuit against Warrensville Heights City Schools to avoid an increase and keep at the same rate the millage amount property owners are now paying. Beachwood Schools Superintendent Robert Hardis, School Board President Megan Walsh and Beachwood Schools Treasurer Matthew Brown made the announcement at City Council’s special meeting, held Aug. 4.
