April 9th, 2024-MADISON, Ohio-The Jonathan Alder Board of Education approved a measure this month to allow administrators to seek bids for the demolition of 340 W. Main St. in Plain City. The project has an estimated cost of $830,000 but the district applied for a Site Revitalization Program grant and will receive a significant amount.
