BROOKLYN, Ohio-Bodycam footage reveals Pammy Maye, the legal guardian accused of murder, confessing to suffocating five-year-old Darnell Taylor with a trash bag in Brooklyn, Ohio. Maye admitted to being angry with Darnell for eating snacks in bed the previous night. She then disclosed to detectives the location where she disposed of Darnell’s body in a sewage drain.
Despite being listed as the child’s legal guardian along with her husband, Maye consistently refers to Darnell as her son. Maye pleaded not guilty to murder charges, with her attorney requesting a mental health evaluation and pursuing an insanity plea. A judge previously determined her fit to stand trial during a court appearance in March.
