A boy is in custody following a situation that led to a stand-off with police Monday afternoon.
The situation occurred in the 1000 block of Homer Ave. on Feb. 10.
Toledo police say it started around 1:30 p.m. as a domestic violence situation with a son who was possibly beating his mother. It then escalated to a stand-off with TPD officers when the boy threatened them with a gun.
According to police, the stand-off lasted almost two hours before officers took the boy into custody.
