At 9:05 p.m. Sept. 1, officers responded to the University Square garage when a boy, 17, reported that his Bluetooth speaker had been stolen by three juveniles who then fled the area. One of the suspects, a boy, 16, was located and positively identified as one of the involved parties. He was turned over to his parents. Charges are pending.
