Bionca Ellis appeared before a judge Monday, staring at a courtroom table as her defense attorneys said they are preparing for a trial in the brutal stabbing of a 3-year-old boy last summer. The brief hearing was one of the last scheduled pre-trials before Ellis is to stand trial in the death of Julian Wood, who died in the attack in the parking lot of the North Olmsted Giant Eagle.
