CENETERVILLE, Ohio-Michael Ryan Smith, a 34-year-old Centerville resident, has been formally indicted on multiple serious felony charges involving a minor. The legal proceedings stem from an investigation that began on November 7th after the victim disclosed inappropriate conduct to a family member. The Montgomery County Common Pleas Court has charged Smith with several serious criminal offenses related to alleged misconduct with a minor.
