A child may never walk again after a woman is accused of hitting the child and two other children with her vehicle Wednesday in Walnut Hills. Jada Luckey, 24, of Avondale, faces four counts of felonious assault after hitting a total of four victims following a fight that broke out about 2:45 p.m. on Victory Parkway, Hamilton County court documents show.
