CINCINNATI, Ohio-A Cincinnati day care worker, Yanna Harris, pleaded guilty to assaulting a 9-year-old boy with Down Syndrome at the Sayler Park Recreation Center on December 20, 2023. Surveillance footage showed Harris picking up and throwing the boy to the ground, causing him to hit his head. Harris was sentenced to three years of probation with a suspended six-month jail sentence.
