City officials and community partners hosted a Back to School Fest for students and families in Cleveland on Saturday. The event included activities, wellness checks, school supplies and even haircuts. “We care about you all year long… so when the pencils break and you need some more, you can call 311,” said Michele Pomerantz, chief of education for Cleveland.
