BELLVILLE, Ohio-A dispute over the new high school bell schedule could lead to arbitration between the Clear Fork Valley Local School District and the Clear Fork Valley Education Association (CFVEA), the teachers’ union. The union claims the schedule change has resulted in unequal planning periods, shorter teacher lunches, more study halls, and fewer class offerings, which they say negatively impacts both students and teachers.
