The Cleveland Police District 2 are seeking assistance from the public in locating a 17-year-old girl who is missing. Officers say Valissa Toney left her home from the 3900 block of Storer Avenue Tuesday, Nov. 4 and has not returned since. She was last seen near West 28th and Detroit Avenue on Nov. 6.
