The Cleveland Division of Police are seeking assistance from the public in locating a girl who has been missing since Oct. 8. 16-year-old Angelyse Hill is listed as an endangered teen and is believed to be on the east side of Cleveland in the 117th area. Officers describe hill as 5-foot-4 and 120 pounds. Hill has brown hair and brown eyes.
