CLEVELAND, Ohio-The Cleveland Division of Police is seeking public assistance to locate 15-year-old James Fugate Jr., who was last seen on November 21 in the 3500 block of West 66th Street. He is 5’3″, weighs 160 pounds, has blonde hair, and blue eyes. James has a medical condition, and it is unknown if he has his medication.
